Inspired by Alfred Wainwright famous for his Lakeland Fells guide books. This refreshing, golden ale has been brewed with same loving care that Alfred Wainwright put into creating his inspirational, hand drawn walking guides. In keeping with a walk on the Fells, this beautifully balanced beer is a 'breath of fresh ale'.

In-store price is £1.25p. Complained to customer services over the phone and was told on-line price of £1 but not in-store. Apparently website prices are different to store price.

Two facts I learned about Wainwright from his biography:
1) He used to walk up a mountain in the evening, then pace up and down in the pitch darkness till the sun came up.
2) He took great delight in urinating in reservoirs, particularly those that served Manchester.
