Thanks as ever KiKai for your work in letting us know the best stores to redeem the Shopitize offers at, just a shame though that their App/infrastructure isn't as helpful.

Today I too had the Shopitize App offer coming up... complete blank on offers with redeemed them all type message.
I managed to solve it by logging out, getting my Android phone to clear recent apps, and then logging in afresh.

I gather from here & Facebook etc that I'm not alone in being messed around by this unreliability - though most receipts have actually been recognised this last fortnight = SOME improvement at least. Shopitize USED to be THE reliable/fast App, shame they've decided to try to lose their pole position :disappointed:

Very odd... Looks like all the post is missing for me now, both on phone and iPad, not sure if it's for everyone. Anyway, I think the chips are part of the £3 deal at Morrisons (particular pizza, chips and Haagen Dazs ice cream all for £3). Can't see the offers now but pretty sure it's the same, McCain chips... I'm sure it was the right weight.

Hi KiKai, I wonder if you could give me your thoughts on this problem (apologies if it has been asked before).

I frequently have to visit the customer service desk in my local ASDA due to overcharging. They invariably scribble a load of grafitti on my receipt when refunding me the difference.

Once again, my receipt has been rejected by Shopitize for this reason. Obviously Shopitize are within their rights to reject a defaced receipt, but it's frustrating from a customer point of view considering that I've done nothing wrong.

This has happened to me too. I now try and visit the cs desk after I've uploaded the picture. You can try that to but I know sometimes it's a faff. Our take a picture of the receipt pretty scribble and email that to shopitize.
Also I hope asda are giving you the £2 gift cards for your trouble.
