Not a popular opinion but i liked it, and hope Ready At Dawn get a crack at a more fleshed out sequel... Should take you 5-6 hours to complete a 'normal' play through, OR if you use a guide for the collectibles, you can Platinum the game in about 10 hours... Heat for the price.

I agree, Heat was a good movie - aided by a great cast. Hard to believe it's now 21 years old!.
By the way....this game is pretty cheap isn't it!?! :stuck_out_tongue:

Not voted either way because on one hand it's a good price, but the other the game is a steaming pile of manure.

I enjoyed this. Played it right after MGS5 which probably made me like it more; by that point I was tired of MGS' open-world, do-whatever approach and abandonment of any real narrative so a solid, pretty, linear game with a decent storyline was just what I needed.
It does nothing revolutionary or different and the gameplay is a bit shallow (there are collectibles and a few hidden areas in levels, but that's about it) but the weapons felt nice to use and the enemy AI was decent.
Looks utterly spectacular too, if you enjoy using photomode in games this is a must-buy. I have no artistic or photographic skill whatsoever and still managed to get some impressive shots: http://imgur.com/a/K6tt5

This sells at around £10 on ebay so once you've played it you'll be able to make your money back selling it on. If you can grab a copy at this price that is.

I really enjoyed the game, and it had a decentish story that sort of just...ends. Out of nowhere with very little closure. So expect a bit of a sour taste in your mouth. As for longevity, i watched someone complete Bloodborne the other day in under 30 minutes so even really long games can be short as well :stuck_out_tongue:

Pretty sure it will be.
While this game isn't very good (aside from the graphics and the motion capture performances), at £7.50 it's hard to not say this is a deal, especially for those trophy hunters out there.

My closest store is in Newcastle Upon Tyne and the selection of games there is very slim so i'll not be able to find this. which is a shame because i'd snap this up at that price.

Not even worth it at this price. Spend your money on something else.
It's just a completely boring and lifeless experience. The pretty graphics are a novelty. Even when you do get to control some of the action on-screen, the controls are horribly restricted and clunky.
For example, you have to push down on the right analogue stick to run whilst also pushing it in the direction you want to move at the same time. It's not a very comfortable control-scheme. It's almost a blessing that the game does most of the work for you.

I respect your own opinion of this game but we can't really tell people not to buy it as there's always a chance others will like the game,I believe everyone should buy/play any game they wish to try and then they can judge for themselves if they like it or not, I've played games from both positive and negative reviews and have often liked games that others didn't and disliked games that others loved, life would be boring if we all liked the same things.

I bought this for £30 at release and loved it, if you go in expecting a cinematic looking cover shooter with really nice and solid feeling gun mechanics I think you'll enjoy it, it's a steal for £7.50 in my opinion.

Reviewers panned it because it was buggy at release and not worth £50 - a couple years on and for £7.50 the reviews become almost pointless...
I see people on here assume a lot on the first few weeks of release of a game - any driveclub thread for example - that game still gets hammered - even though you can pick it up for 10/15 quid and is much much much improved from initial reviews you might see.

The Order is dead. If the reviews didn't kill it the low sales certainly did. Sony cut ties with RAD in the months after The Order's release, and now RAD is focused on other projects.
