Bit crap now Tesco charge 2 quid for C&C. Feels like a bit of a racket.
And to add to this they use yodel for the c&c's which is as poor as it gets when it comes to deliveries.
Last item I ordered was the air fryer that was posted here (great price). Email sent to pick up in store after 3 pm today. Of course its not there. On the tracking it's still getting processed. Ridiculous now that they charge for a service like this.
I was tempted to pay a extra quid to get it played to the house and save me going to the store for pick up. But with it being yodel I be lucky he'd even walk up my drive way as its a slope so he would likely drive around my street and back out the other side and then i would have to travel 30mins to my local office to pick it up myself. Were Tesco store is only 15mins away

Lots of stock in my local Tesco (Brislington, Bristol), not stocked with the other irons. This iron was £12 instore a little while ago so Im guessing they must get these cheap via bulk buying. I have one as a back up as I am not a big fan of stainless steel sole plates but at a tenner it's silly not to.

Turned up at my Tesco store today for collection of my £9.99 iron and it was a no show!. What a wash out Tesco and all for the added pleasure of £2.00 click and collect delivery...what a joke. But in the end I did get a deal. Whilst in the store I purchased some clothes for my growing son and received a £3.00 OFF voucher at the checkout off my next purchase over £20. Undeterred I went to my next larger Tesco store, they had the iron on the shelf at £9.99. So I purchased some trousers to take it over £20 and got £3 knocked off....result!
