Swede is like an atonement we give ourselves to remind us how our ancestors ate muck and mud covered things just to survive before they invented Pringles.
How do people cook/ eat these? What dish do u make?

How do people eat swede? I don't think it's normally made in a dish as such. I normally mash it with pepper and butter, you can mix the mash with other stuff (potato, carrots, celeriac, butternut squash etc.) and some people roast it. Or you can make a soup.
