Halfords are currently selling the 20" Stanley classic tool box for a tenner. Collect in Store or £2.99 delivery.
Although it is showing on their website as the normal price I'm pretty sure it's currently half price.
Got a decent organiser in the top for screws, rawl plugs, fuses etc and a main compartment with removable tray for... You guessed it tools!

nice tool box, I have two. The inner tray is a little flimsy but OK for the cheap price.

Good boxes if the design hasn't changed, I've got one from about 10 years ago. Only slight issues are:
1) The recesses in the main compartment reduce the capacity a bit.
2) On mine, when the handle is lying flat, the top of the rubber bit sits snug against the toolbox lid, meaning you go to pick it up and you can't! (play in hinges means handle just moves further towards the lid). Fixed by putting a couple of cable ties round the handle to keep it away from the lid thus allowing handle to swing upwards.. :smirk:

There are a few with similar designs and of various quality, and yes they have changed slightly too.

They have a smaller one for £7 too, instore halfords aintree, had loads in stock along with these
Good boxes. I have had mine for 5 years and use it for work. The top trays are very handy and also can take my weight as a step, good for a tenner and i am sure they have been this price for a few years now.

Cannot recall if it was B&M or Home Bargains, but they offered 2 slightly smaller tool boxes for less than £10.
From memory a recent posts on here quoted Maplin selling a metal tool box for around a tenner too.
