Number of DVDs sold in 2014: 124.9m
Number of Blu-Rays sold in 2014: 17.3m

DVD sales down 12.9% and Blu-ray down 8.2% continued to decline but still account for more than half of the video market.

Combined DVD and Blu-ray sales in 2015 were 119.6m discs. This suggests that DVD probably continued its decline to about 105m units whilst Blu-ray probably declined towards the 15m level.

Saw the 2 for £25 on blu-ray, but nothing on DVDs.

Online it states "Buy a chart DVD and get Despicable Me DVD for £5".

What on earth? I was in my local earlier (Ashton) doing some double up and didn't see any deal like this. Unless mine are just late at putting it on the shelves
