It offers in app purchases. What is the big deal with in app purchases? can you people not control yourselves? I have bought all the apps that have been offered at 10p and not one once have i been tempted by one of the in app purchases.

If you have access to the full game, every area etc and can access all weapons by playing, and it can be completed without further spending then I have no problem with it.

You have to put effort in to actually find that out though. Better to just clock the words "In-app purchases" and move on. Life's too short. There are more than enough good games without.

The big deal is the game will be designed to encourage in app purchases. The game developers employ psychologists to help them design addictive games, addictions which can be satisfied by in app purchases.
Without making those in-app purchases the game will by design suck to some extent. I don't want to find out how much the game will suck even if it only costs 10p.
