The art style was always quite unique, so in that sense, graphically it hasn't really aged at all. Depends whether you liked it at the time. Dungeon mechanics etc are pretty much the same as any Zelda before or since.
They've also sped up the sailing so it takes less time crossing the seven seas.
IMO it's well worth it at this price.
