I knitted my entire house out in GU10's, GLS ES, & MR16 lap bulbs (all of them)... 3 year guarantee on them all. Admittedly one mr16 did go after about 1 month, and they replaced it without a problem. No problem on the rest, and if there is, I have a 3 year replacement. Simple.

Bought these a few weeks ago and initial impressions are good - much better than the slow to warm up CFL low energy bulbs they replaced. If they last then they will be a great buy. If they die inside 2 or 3 years then they won't be!

Interesting that the life is only quoted as 15000 hours. Perhaps it's just a more realistic claim than earlier products.

Bought a pack of warm and cool yesterday, just put them in. Very happy, as bright as my other 11w LED bulbs from a couple of years back.
I personally like warm inside the house, but prefer cool on the outside lights.

You are right there are warm white 2700K (Product Code: 5502J) or the other is cold white 4000K (Product Code: 9600J).
