I did the john lewis price match on this on Wednesday. They matched but charged £4 postage. Just filled in the template and sent it to them. maybe just depends on who progresses it?

Very nice well built and featured machine for the price and Argos offered free delivery on a Sunday as well. Registered for a 5 year warranty via this link: http://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/onlineregistration.html . Plays a tune when the washing is finished but I think this feature can be switched off.

The only thing I don't like about this wash machine is plastic drum paddles. they give me trouble in my Indesit wash machine as you have to replace them...

Really? I've never known them give trouble. Do you wash chain mail or something? I doubt you'll find many with metal paddles nowadays because they just aren't necessary.

Get AO.com to price match and use TENNEROFF to get it for £240 plus AO definitely say it has a 5 year guarantee. They tried to charge £8.95 for delivery but if you go right through and log in with Argos it is FREE.

5yr gtee with Samsung looks valid, Argos retail not listed as one of those bus. not valid for their offer. Argos waived del fee 8.95 on tel. as web screen says free std del.

Excellent price ! bought a 8kg Samsung Ecobubble last month for £350 with 1200 spin and it's great for my daughter that has sensitive skin as you only need to use a little detergent for a full load because the bubble technology does a great job. Good price I would recommend buying at that price

I'm sure that there's nothing wrong with it but "Ecobubble" is nothing more than marketing and they will all have a similar performance.

Thanks Op. Ordered as looking for over a week since my cheap indesit broke down (used daily for 10 years) so hope this one lives up to it. Lists model on samsung website as having a 5 year extended warranty if you apply within 90 days. Delivery was also available on Saturday (ordered Thursday evening) at no additional cost - just hope Argos deliver up a flight of stairs otherwise it'll be a long way for the hose to reach. Update: Product delivered as scheduled. Easy to install (yay) - seems great and Argos drivers happy to bring up flight of stairs (more than a little breathless as tight staircase). Cant fault it at present!
