fantastic find
although seems more suited to girls than the lads as reviews state its more pinky than purple and most have bought for daughters

It loosays 20" wheels which is age about 7-10 I think.
I just bought my daughter one the same size and she's just turned 7 and there's plenty of room for growth ...paid a lot more than this too :disappointed:

A can of black aerosol paint, a roll of masking tape, a spanner and half an hour would sort that out.

have bought this, and it's as good as any other kids basic recreational bike I've bought. Easy to set up. Good size for my 10 year old. No brainer for £35, for a basic bike.

Known in the trade as a BSO (bicycle-shaped object). I am sure you have already bought them PS4 / XBoxOne / TV / tablet /phone and games etc. for £100s. If you love your kids spend £120-£150 on a good quality used bike which you will get most of back when they need a new one in 18 months due to having grown. Will be a joy to ride, safer, require less service and be much easier to repair when there is the need. Go into Evans or Halfords and examine a bottom range bike like this and then pick up a higher end one nearby to feel the difference.
It is the equivalent of comparing one of those £20 android smartphones to the latest top end model. Both notionally do the same thing, but one of gets ditched pretty quick.

A bike will probably get used for 1% or less of the time of a PS4 / XBoxOne / TV / tablet /phone and games so no point in wasting a lot of money on it. You need to keep up with the times.

I work for a bike shop. Reflex are s--t quality and whenever we sell one it always comes back with problems. Not recommended ... at any price.

Why do you sell s--t bikes then?

Bought this 10 days ago for my tall 8 year old. Arrived scratched and with the rear reflector smashed. Rang and complained and got it reduced to £20. Bargain! It's a nice looking bike seems good quality. Recommended!

Sounds like a good salesman to me.. Selling pieces of junk to people who end up with lifelong back problems..

12 Mar 16#26
Lifelong back problems just from riding a cheap bike? A bit tenuous don't you think?
