The two named people always have to travel together to get the discount, they can't use the card to travel independently.

No, I've never seen them discounted either, assume it's because they aren't valid nationally. I've been using the Gold Card offer myself for years (Network Cards were only a quid with that until recently), but I'm now out of friends who own one, sadly.
Anyone want to be my fwend? (Only Network Gold Card holders need apply). :man:
