If you add a tiny bit of dry mustard to a cheese sauce it makes it taste loads cheesier so you don't need to use as much. Tell Jamie if you see him.

Got this a few weeks ago . Very nice only suggestion is I would buy more lasagne sheets

I agree. I recently made it in a square dish which is 6 inches quare at the bottom and 8 inches at the top. Really there are only enough sheets for a rectangular dish about 7 x 5 inches.

A 454g jar of meat sauce and white sauce plus 9 lasagne sheets. Just add mince and cheese.
