I just spoke to them on their online chat, unfortunately it must have got lost in the post and I have to wait 10 days from dispatch til they do anything. It's funny how I have never had this issue with other companies and all you guys are having it too! I'd rather they just be straight and say they messed up! You should get an email soon with the other code for American Nightmare from Coolshop today - just got mine.
I've already traded in Quantum Break - the time shift mechanics work well but it isn't a very long game and even with the 'TV' sequences it doesn't last much more than 8 hours. Those XBOX owners hankering for an Order 1886 game on their platform - your prays have finally been answered :smiley:

You can play straight away but I hear you can't download and watch episodes yet but you can stream then without issue. The Alan wake code isn't work yet though

They've been fine for me - I'd suggest not worrying too much. Bear in mind that those who have a bad experience (and there will always be some, for any retailer) will naturally be much more likely to leave a review than those who had no problems.

I would imagine Quantum Break is a physical copy as the description states there is a code for Alan Wake and DLC within the disc case. Can't see the Gears of War being a disc copy though. Not bothered i prefer digital anyway.

Used them quite a bit before there ok ! Mostly Nordic editions but they do stock UK editions had a few of them before as well but not many most of there stuff Danish Swedish instructions and covers on there games .

I'd never ordered from Coolshop. They had Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition quite recently at a silly £15.95. I was quite reserved as it was showing OOS and I assumed I'd see it one day, but the question was when? It arrived within 5 days and I would defiantly use them again.

Shame really, I'd quite to like to play both Quantum Break and Gears on PC but I have no intention of dealing with Windows Store and all the nonsense it entails. Shame really as I'm increasingly concerned that Steam have an insane amount of control over the PC gaming scene and it would have been nice to see some legitimate competition. Wasted opportunity imo.

Wait a minute this game needs 16GB RAM but the Xbox One doesn't have 16GB RAM, how could this be? Oh it doesn't need 16GB RAM, but they said it did? They lying?!
PC version of the game requires 16GB ram. It most likely won't use all of it at 1080p, at 4k it might come close to 10GB
