These are at the front of store where national weekly offers are and not at any clearance isle so hopefully national offer. They also had sweet shop favourites tin at £3 next to them but could fit them in the picture

I think it all depends on whether or not your local store has any in stock i.e. they probably won't get new stock in to sell at this price.
A few weeks ago a load of shelf edge tickets for clearance prices were left lying around my local store when the staff member was called away for a minute - most of the tickets were for items either never stocked there, or not in stock at that time, hence my reasoning that it will only apply if the store has stuff left from a previous promotion.
In my local store these items were all cleared out before end of January.
