Frankie's £20's worth of food is only worth a fiver anyway. Would be mad dining there at full cost-very expensive tiny portions. Only the pizza's are half decent.

The fact your on HUKD, means your looking at saving money or at least finding a good deal. Paying £17 for a very poor 8oz steak with a dozen fries, or cheese burger-again with a handfull of fries for £12 doesn't constitute a good deal to me.
As for jealous??? no, just not a mug.

lunch menu value isn't too bad, main menu is expensive though. soft drinks £2.75/glass, but at lunchtime theres free refills with that
