Yes me to... listed as new on website but get sent a used game 2/2 times. Thats more than a mistake, its very misleading to say the least. I don't believe for 1 minute or even 1 micro-second that this is a new item.

Hmm even though I think amibos are the devil's spawn and the game is pretty average even I'm tempted at this price.
