I know this is an ongoing deal at Morrisons, but I don't think that many people are aware of it and it is a great deal, especially the fact that you can have a medium salad from the salad bar with the side and drink for £3.
You can have either a medium Salad or any sandwich, a side which something like a chocolate bar, a cereal bar, small cake, fruit pot, yoghurt etc. and any drink from the fridges near the sandwiches, Water, Flavoured waters Carbonated pop, Fruit juice etc. for just £3 .
Today I had a medium salad £2.30, a tropical Fruit Pot £1.00, and an innocent orange juice £1.31 Total £4.61 and paid the £3 offer price. There seemed to be a lot people buying just buying a drink and a salad or a sandwich and a drink, which worked out more expensive than if they'd had a side also

The carton of Coconut Water is included in this deal, if you can find it, valued around £2.20

depending on which morrisons you go to the range of sandwiches and sides can be far better than anywhere else, it really does depend on the branch though, my local has barely any range but the one near where I work has far more options
(no other stores I know of do the wide range of fresh fruit/veg and dips as sides and includes all the extra special style sandwiches)

The Sainsburys meal deal is better imo, as it includes the taste the difference sandwiches, which are really nice. (and still £3)

This has nothing on the boots meal deals. Can regularly get £6.50 worth of food for £3.29.. Includes a naked smoothie valued at £2.50. A £3 sandwich / wrap / Pasta. And any snack including trek bars which are valued at £1.25

Good to know. Occasionally buy these as an alternative to a sandwich when I only have time to get to Morrisons. Have never seen a sign at the salad bar referring to it being part of the deal but will give it a try next time

Isn't this standard price across the supermarkets? I know the Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local close to where I work in central London have exactly the same £3 offer.

The greedy tramps as you delightfully call them are just getting their monies worth. It also helps if you put it in a plastic bag off the fruit and veg counter.:smirk:

Not a cafe deal, the deal is for the takeaway sandwiches and drinks that are in most Morrisons stores near the entrance to the store. In stores near me they have the salad bars next to the takeaway sandwiches

I've never heard a chocolate bar referred to as a "side". Can't help but feel Morrison's are stretching the definitiin more than just a little bit...

I have just eaten mine and thought about putting the offer on here but didn't bother as it's ongoing only to find you have. it is a good deal especially if you can get a latte, porridge, and cous cous chicken salad which is £2.70 on its own
