Just called them and they said the trainers are out of stock. I did however order a different pair of trainers last night and the customer services said these are being ordered from their French depot. I enquired why that couldn't have been done with the initial trainers and she didn't have a clue!
Not convincing and I don't think I'll be receiving these either to be honest.
