Seems like it's the same deal as here: http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/lords-fallen-deluxe-edition-nuuvem-steam-key-no-vpn-required-2336433 but on nuuvem says it's a 3 days deal, this is why I have reposed it.
In the Time of the Ancients, the Worldly Realm was ruled by a God of pure evil, who enslaved all humankind under his Dominion. But fear turned to anger as rebellion grew in the hearts of men - until the dawn of the Great Rising, when the fight for freedom began. After a glorious victory that cast aside the Fallen God, humans dictated a new order... a world where no sin can ever be forgiven and redemption was not an option.
Now, millennia later, the world trembles in fear as the Demonic Rhogar Legion returns from their dark realm, driven by a foul hunger for innocent spirits. Humanity, in a desperate last act, calls upon an unlikely defender - a convicted sinner, rejected by society and cast out of the light... a man known as Harkyn. Now, alongside his mentor, Kaslo, they must travel to the source of the Darkness... to face the Lords of the Fallen.
Plunge into a fast paced action RPG with a complex and satisfying melee combat system where weapons, armor and skills directly influence the enemy's speed and attacks... if all else fails, lay waste to your foes using forbidden magic power.

I didn't use a voucher and it was £4.10 for me. Might be the exchange rate changing. Usually when I've ordered from Nuuvem recently, it's been around a minute before I got confirmation and access to the code.

Hopefully you turned off the VPN before logging into Paypal. If not, that may be why.

Sorry, the "Does not require a VPN to buy" in the first part of the post threw me off. Now I get it. Bought via a Brazilian one - cheers!

That's weird, I simply loaded up the site and bought the game. I didn't use a VPN. When I went to get SuperHot, then, I needed a VPN. Was Lords Of The Fallen changed on the site?
Also, I saw a comment (which is now gone) saying you receive the standard edition. But, that isn't right because I received the deluxe edition.

You can't come onto a site like HUKD and call people tight-arsed. This site is all about finding deals and finding the cheapest places to buy things, even if it's only by a few pennies. If you just buy everything from the Steam store you would pay £29.99 for this game. Shop around on key sites and you'll find it for £6-8. The OP here has found it on Nuuvem for £4. That's not tight-arsed - that's just shopping around.
Not sure what your point about Paypal is - Nuuvem takes Paypal. They sell region free keys using an international payment method, they just don't technically sell outside of Brazil/south America for some reason, with two different levels of checks for buyers' locations, one of which can easily be bypassed.
And yes, if your ISP was based in Venezuela pretending to be based in the UK, there would be outrage because that would be a major case of fraud. There's nothing illegal about using a VPN so you're talking apples and oranges there, although if you feel there's something morally wrong about them then that's fine.

Thing is : I don't even want to set it up the first time. With companies/publishers increasingly looking to lock people down who are too tight-arsed to cough up an extra 4 quid for a game, and not before time, I think I'll just stick to buying stuff normally. If any site anywhere takes PayPal that's a different story of course but digital purchases globally paid for that way will never be region locked and you don't need to run around pretending you're not who you're supposed to be.
I wonder how many would think it a good idea if your ISP was actually in Venezuela pretending to be a UK ISP but re-routing. I'm guessing there might just be outrage.

Is it me or is the game not an English version as English is not listed on the page as a language option, or are the listed languages extras over English?

See where the languages are listed down the left hand side? It's a Brazilian website so they've listed Brazilian Portuguese first, then regular Portuguese. The third language listed is 'Inglês'. Inglês is Portuguese for English, and it has both audio and subtitles for English, French and German (Alemão), whereas the other languages are available as subtitles only.
It's literally just two clicks to turn it on once you've set it up the first time. I appreciate that even that is more hassle than is necessary for those that just want to buy a game, but if the saving is significant it's well worth those two clicks. The real hassle with Nuuvem comes with games that also have a Paypal address check, which is a lot more effort to work around.

If at any point in the game he stops his Ferrari, turns round and raises his eyebrows twice, yes it is.

Voted hot just because it avoids silly VPN faff. "Only takes a couple of seconds". Yeah....you know that's less time than it took you to type that out to tell me that.
