Struggling to make any sense of your post!
So someone bought an eBay item and it was a farm and foreign name. So this means she works on a farm for low wages??
She is far from home but her address is the farm. So doesn't that mean she lives there??
She earns a pittance but has internet and eBay accounts??
Only co workers for company. So your assuming this is some kind of slave farm for Europeans??
If we paid more for veg someone from here could do the job and end her misery. You mean put her out of a job completely to do her a favour??
I think your brains working overtime.
Would be great being your friend if youre the type of person that investigates and researches eBay buyers and then forms elaborate back stories of their lives, jobs and living conditions. You need to get out more!

After the media piece recently about cheap jeans.... http://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/mar/13/lidl-jeans-bangladesh-worker-pay-23p-an-hour
...I wonder about any and all Lidl/Aldi 'bargain prices'.
In this case it's probably some workers in our own country who are getting 'mistreated' in order for the supermarkets to try and get a few more people through their doors.
I recently sold a baby item on ebay, and checked the name/address out of interest, as both were unusual - it was a farm in the middle of nowhere miles from the nearest shops, and so there was an Eastern European female (googled the name and it was very typical of one particular country) having to bring up a baby far from home and only co-workers for company - made me wonder why we all couldn't pay a few more pence for a kilo of produce, and so employ our own labour who probably won't work for the same low wages and poor conditions that this woman was doing.
