Also, why is everyone fussed about HDMI ports?
Surely better to just use Chromecast?

Got the 10" 32Gb version for £180 a few months back and I love it. Not sure if it's gonna get Marshmallow though, Lenovo are being very quiet about it, but my guess is that it won't. It's a shame though as it's a brilliant piece of kit.

I've had 3 and only had problems with one , very weak WiFi connection, I sent it back to Argos who apparently had to send it to Lenovo in Germany but after 6 weeks they decided they couldn't fix it and I had a refund.
I'm currently using a 10 inch one that I was lucky to get from Currys ex display for £59. As others have mentioned the stand is great for watching films and the battery life is great.

I have a hudl 2, not blown away with it especially the battery life. Is this much of an upgrade?
Thanks.
No HDMI.
Every time I have seen these on display in the shops the case is falling apart and open exposing the circuit board! .
Though 2GB ram, 16 Gb storage, microsd slot for extra storage is good .

I think you're slightly exaggerating, in every shop? :sunglasses:

Will this take a 3g sim card?
If not how would someone connect to the internet with it if they haven't got broadband? Would they have to buy a dongle or mifi?

I got one, pretty good, unusual design, ideal as a 'fixed' tablet in a kitchen, bedside table, etc.

We have had one for about a year. Bought it for my mum (75). Still going strong. Great, clever design. No issues yet even though she uses it daily for all sorts.

Hate to agree with you, but I also returned two. One had a screen issue, the other, the button kept sticking when pushed.
Otherwise great and the kickstand is great.

Good price as bought one from here couple of weeks ago for £109.
However had to return it as SD card slot and headphone socket weren't working but no hassle with the refund from Argos so would buy again
