The 64GB version is also now available for £179.95 - Personally I do not think that the extra memory is worth the 50% increase in price.
I stand corrected (serves me right for trusting Google and not checking ARK directly ). FWIW, There's no mention of VT or anything like it in the BIOS of my Miix 3 1030 which shares the same CPU as the 300. I might try install DuOS on there, however I would describe its performance on my i5 as 'acceptable', I don't image it's going to be great on Baytrail.
*UPDATE* OK, so it installs and runs. It takes just over 40 seconds to load to the Android desktop. The touchscreen seems to work OK as well. Performance is pretty awful but it does seem to work.

Ok, going solely on that price, I think you might just about be able to find something with a Celeron and maybe a 14" screen at best. If you want new, this is going to mean you doing some shopping around online as most entry level Windows latptops with anything bigger than an 11.6" screen will be £170+. I'm only going on what I've seen recently and so take that price with a pinch of salt.
If you are willing to look at refurbs, then the spec will increase and you could easily find a 15" laptop on ebay or one of the outlet stores like Argos for less than your budget. They tend to have mixed reviews and it is a bit of a gamble with potential scratches and marks on refurbs. There's a good chance the battery won't be up to much and you'll need to think about possibly replacing it if you need one that lasts any length of time.

The problem lies with your original question. There are hundreds of models and variations of spec!
What's your budget?
What will you use it for?
Which CPU do you want? See question above for why that's important.
Do you have a brand preference?
New or used?
What size screen do you want?
What type of screen do you want?
How big a hard drive?
Or, do you want an SSD?
Gaming or not?
Etc. etc. etc.
The questions are endless and you've been so general with your request for help there's no real way to answer it. You need to decide the answer to at least some of these. Even choosing between Celeron, i3, i5 or i7 can make a difference into the hundreds of pounds.
If all you're interested in is web browsing, Office document creation and the odd movie, I'd say pretty much any laptop made within the last few years will be fine. Pick the cheapest!
If you want something more specific, then my points above need to be taken into consideration.

No different to LG. Read their terms and conditions for smart tv's and phones. Only difference is they tell you they are spying on you and everything you do. For the far east though, how else do you think they can copy something good and make it better (hopefully) and then sell it to us for a cheaper price. There is nothing wrong with Lenovo gear and they are fast becoming one of the world leaders and not just at the bottom end of the market. I am not saying what they did was right with 'spyfish' but they got their knuckles rapped and were fined heavily. If you want to pick on some real cheats then maybe pick on VW.

Windows applications are numerous and are available from all over the world (unlike the Windows, Apple and Google Play Stores). The world is the market for Windows applications. By the way applications in Windows world are called Windows programs and popularly known as sharware, trialware, Freeware..). The analogy of a Google Play Store is like one single store for the whole of UK, but Windows programs are sold in millions of little web sites all over the world. Of course there is a single Windows Apps Store too but you are open to millions, I mean seriously millions of DOS and Windows applications since the start of computing as early as uncle Clive Sinclair.

which is a better processor atom or celeron? got the acer es-131 what was posted here.
It comes with Office Mobile installed (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Outlook, Sway). These are cut down but entirely usable versions and support the standard doc formats. They're free due to this being a 10.1 or smaller "tablet".
There is an option to upgrade to Office365 but depending on what you want to do, you might not have to.
Battery life seems great - around 6hrs but again depends what you're using it for/screen brighness/etc
