Nintendo's own official store is always excluded from the "only at GAME" definition, mas are non-UK stores - that'll be the basis on which they make the claim.

I think they might be buying these Game exclusives from Game, and the order might be possibly delayed for this reason.

That's never happened before with Coolshop and won't be the case here. Why would they do so, when they'd be losing money on each purchase and it would be very obvious to GAME that there was a bulk-buy?

Game always lie saying exclusive , this can be ordered from Nintendo and also Amazon fr so this item is in circulation. I doubt they buy from them.
When Game claim 'exclusive' they should really qualify to mean they are the exclusive UK reseller when it is not specifically a Game edition that is only available at Game UK. This frequently crops up with other outlets having the same edition in their country - EB Games, JB Hifi etc

Coolshop isn't the only one to sell "Game" exclusive editions. I used Gamestop for Halo 5 last year to get quite a few exclusives that Game claimed to hold.

It may be stock not originating in the UK (as above, Nintendo limited/special editions are the same across all of Europe) - but Coolshop have good form of fulfilling orders that GAME claim as 'exclusive'.
