Have been researching capsule coffee machines and having decided on Lavazza as they get fairly consistently good write ups for both machines (produced by AEG) and their coffee came across this deal which seems very good value for the machine especially with the free milk frother and sample pack of capsules, the machine can be had discounted to £35 elsewhere but the additional £4.00 to be able to make lattes, etc. easily swung it for me, the frother alone is currently selling for around £30.

Finally got it but took a few messages. Anyone still waiting I advise you get back in touch with them as they will ship you one out ASAP.

Yep, mine arrived a few days after dispatch. Seems to work fine.
Also have no idea what the code on the card is for?!

Yep same here and already had confirmation they will be sending the frother seperately. Anybody know what the code is for on the little lovers.lavazza.com coupon? I tried going onto that site and even going through to order some pods but cant see anywhere I can use this?

I had same issue but I was told it's just a stock supply issue and they're sending one soon. Interesting, wonder what reason really is

Not as good as the deal they had on their own site a couple of months ago with the free frother, but Tesco's ebay outlet have them at £40: AEG Lavazza A Modo Mio Espria

I have an older AEG one and it is brilliant. By far the best coffee pod machine out there. Coffee tastes awesome - and no it doesn't take cheap Chinese fake pods...why do people buy a nespresso then buy dodgy replica pods God knows what's in them!

Why should we trust what's in the originals any more, either? It's not like the likes of Nestle haven't tried to get away with dodgy practices in the past!

Arrived today minus the frother, apparently the deal has ended.... fortunately their customer service agreed that Ebay hadn't been updated so they are sending the product out, if anyone else ordered might be worth taking a screenshot of the Ebay page.

Thanks for the tip. Mine is dispatched, so I've taken screenshots, although it's also clearly indicated in the email confirmation.
alternately there are a lot of 'New' Esprias on ebay around the £35 mark, suspect they're ex-display, etc. really.

This is a good price but still has the basic problem that the coffee costs upwards of £28 per kilo; with an Espresso machine you can use any coffee you want for a fraction of the cost- this is way better than the capsules;http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rave-Coffee-Italian-Roasted-Classic/dp/B008L9VW4A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1458820998&sr=8-1&keywords=rave+coffee -for less than half the price per cup.Or if you really want to spend that much on coffee this -http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00E0LFPW8/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1458820603&sr=1&keywords=sea+island -is an order of luxury beyond anything lavazza make and works out a the same price as the discounted coffee pods, let alone the full price ones.

bit of faffing around to have a seperate frother when you can get a machine that does Everingham for you without the mess.
I personally prefer the Krups NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto melody iii on offer in curry's for 44.99 and includes a tenners worth of pods by redemption
The one you refer to doesn't do everything, though?! It's just a pod machine, no frothing capability etc. You have to pay a lot more for the equivalent brand with frother.
Same deal available on Amazon for Prime users

I have the AEG Espria (next model up) that came with the frother. Frother works very well and the Lavazza pods are probably amongst the best for quality. If you can find an Espria with frother for a good price, probably worth getting that as the Espria is the highest scoring Best Buy in last month's Which? review of coffee machines.

Worst system for compatible pods - Nespresso is closest to a real machine and plenty of manufactures make posd - this machine gives you theirs or Starbucks as the only options

The coffee machine is £24.99 in my local BM Bargains with some free pods...no frother as far as I could tell. Wanted to a bit more research and going for ese pods.

Lavazza is the best coffee pod out there, tried the others but they don't come close. Sainsburys curently have the pods on offer I think someone posted here last week 16 pods from about £3

Good price with a free frother and delivery included. Got the other type from Tescos at Xmas for around same price. Love the frother, assume the coffee dispenser to be similar as taste really comes from pods.
