Lol - I like how the actual helmet's perched between the handle bars!
I agree, why spend anything when you can look like this ...

One thing I never can understand when I see people wearing ski/snowboard helmets. Even in english winter you`ll have your head boiling..

The main arguments for a more expensive helmet are usually weight, comfort and ventilation which makes a big difference on longer rides.

+1
Have bought Aldi ones for daughters and and absolutely fine for occasional use, but looking at the fit (which does depend on the helmet including the straps, as well as your head, Besford) and available adjustment, would not be as comfortable for me to wear daily on my commute as my admittedly branded, but otherwise almost as cheap in a sale, helmet.
Besford, I don't a) belong to a cycling club, or b) have mates to impress.

"It's also a great fit." - fit depends on your head.
"...an entry-level road cycling helmet..." - at 35 quid, let alone 65, are you kidding?
Still waiting for a valid argument as to why these 'designer' lids are worth so much more than a budget £9.99 one, impressing your gullible mates at the cycling club excluded.

Excellent helmet! I've had it for the past year and a half. Paid double this - and it was still worth it. Very light
I might buy a second one ! Heat op
