I bought the WV2 Premium version on Amazon when they had a lightning deal at £36.99 and took delivery yesterday. Today an order I thought I had cancelled (long story but I wanted to order more add ons in the free delivery) turned up so now I have two, and checking my account they didn't cancel this part of the order so I have bought and paid for two. If anyone wants the WV2 version for the lightning day price of £36.99 and can pick up from Richmond (Surrey) in the next few days and pay cash let me know. Otherwise I'll send it back next week. This is the model: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Karcher-WV2-Premium-Generation-Cleaner/dp/B00Q8KPF1K?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

Hi YippeYiyo I work in Richmond so I'd be happy to collect one day after work.
I see, the lighting deal was that Premium or just WV2? I might go for the Premium at £49.99 on Amazon I think unless Tesco sell it for same price as staff discount (mum) haha.

Is the Karcher WV2 Premium better than this model? Noticed it's best seller on Amazon although more ££ but 50 sounds newer than 2?

I think the WV2 Premium is a later model. Either model will be good. Perfect for cleaning windows, removing condensation from windows and mirrors. I have one of the first models but after using it horizontally on a few things (like top of stainless steel cooker and granite work surfaces it seems to leak and the water has got into the motor making a strange sound. I recently bought the WV2 on Amazon's lightning deal at £36.99. The WV2 also has a second head for smaller panes of glass which is probably only useful for some people.

Great for mopping up condensation - if you have that problem.

One of the BEST buys I've ever made in the past. I actually managed to get the small head later, in a deal from B'nQ.
This unit has totally turned my life around. On cold winter mornings I go around the house and catch all that moisture which was in the air and has been trapped on the imperfect double glazing. I go around with my Karcher WV50 and suck it up before it evaporates back into the house air, and pour it down the sink before it has a chance to escape into the air again.....like a convict trying to escape its captor.
I also have a 19yr old leaky Astra which looks as if it's been raining INSIDE on a cold morning. Again the Karcher does the business and out goes all those pesky water molecules.
I'd rather stick pins in OTHER peoples eyes than have to do without the Karcher. For cleaning windows though I think that the old newspaper trick is very hard to beat although I haven't tried this piece of high tech on the windows to any great degree. In fact we only clean the windows when there are visitors coming and that is, understandably, a pretty rare occurrence.
Seriously, it does work very much better than you'd ever think the principle should. It can even work pretty much upside down.... a lovely piece of innovation and yet another that we should have carried out in the UK.
Thank you Nandito, on behalf of those who are yet to buy one.

What's the difference between the models. I got the WV2 premium from Amazon which I saw on here for £36, not received it yet (long beer related story) but would like to know what the differences are. Thanks!
