Did he try it through the checkout, I know it's gone for this price at Stockport, Handforth and a couple of other stores around Manchester. Some people did clear those stores out.

Seriously, get him to check it on the checkout. It shows at £45 on the database but like I said the discount is only visible at the checkouts. Even check the receipt I posted, it scans at full price and then the discount is taken off. Get your friend to scan it on the till.
