HOTPOINT as a brand has gone down in my estimation, just look at their Customer support....."we will contact you within 48 hours", still waiting 21 days later and counting.

This company reminds me of a certain failing car company, quick to take your money and sell duff goods!

Personally I will never buy any HOTPOINT products ever again, sorry OP
