Who's the Guinness vampire? It appears she hasn't even let it settle...
Anyway, stocking up even if it does make me produce the foulest farts ever.

Wish you could still buy an Irish stout like Beamish. Had some in Dublin a few months ago.

Night out on the Vitamin G = Morning in on the toilet.
Wonderful stuff though. Just wish it didn't involve having to sh#t through the eye of a needle the next day.

Drink it all the time...never had gut problems like some on here...unlike when I drink lagers/bitters where I end up having more gas in me than a hot air balloon....Guinness is lovely here, but tastes better back home in Ireland.
Oh heat added for the deal.

It only tastes better because it's always fresher in bars at home due to how quickly it sells. Don't bother with it much since Diageo took over and started selling that rubbish 'extra cold'. Should really be called 'extra tasteless' no flavour from it. It's just another marketing strategy to extend it's life in pubs that don't sell too much of it.

I've 40 pints of that recipe on now, it won't be exactly like Guinness but that's basically all the stout is made of. It also works out a bit cheaper than 20p but under 10p is harder unless you buy in bulk and re-use yeast. Guinness must be able to do it for less than 5p a pint imo. I actually thought about buying the domain name http://www.tenpencepint.com as it sums up home brewing pretty well
Great price for a tin from the OP and I gave some heat but it also shows how much excise duty, VAT, marketing and profit goes into each can. This is the best price in a long time.

It's the ingredients for Guinness. They are cheap to buy and easy to make, most of what your buying in this deal is marketing, vat and duty.

I would suggest therefore if your store has them priced for £12 take one to the till and scan them as they may well be £9
