What way does Game trade in work? I traded in a game a week ago for £21 & it was put on the card. It doesn't show it when I try to order online. Just my reward points. Can my trade in credit only be used in store?

What card was it? It should of gone into your wallet? Login to the app and see if it shows up on the wallet?
