There was a deal posted with a 20W sound bar for £25 that got heat, for £5 more this must be a better buy! In this price range at least.

Just tried it and it is still showing as available. Very poor description though, not even dimensions.

If this is anything like the 50W goodmans soundbar I bought from tesco it's a major pain in the ****. Sound quality is fine but it had a "Energy saving feature" which meant when you had the soundbar on at a low volume (at night so not to wake our kids for example) it would switch itself off every few minutes (about 15 mins if my memory serves correctly). There was no way to disable this feature so every night I would have to unplug the audio cable and use the TV sound. Also the tiny remote is super easy to misplace.
Looking at the pic on the website it appears to be a different model so hopefully it doesn't have that awful feature that the other one had.

Well I managed to order after the expired comment, then a mate in Fleetwood tried and it would not let him order. So definitely seems to be area specific.
Thanks for the heads up OP

FYI I went onto the deal on different browsers and incognito to make it appear. Might work for someone else.

Still working (depends where you are in the country)
I couldn't get one in Long Eaton - Notts, but Quedgley - Glos still have them.
Great deal, hopefully it's half decent kit for the money!

I am sceptical that this will be able to produce anything other than the type of sound quality that you get from a TV. £30 for the same quality sound you get from a TV does not sound like a deal to me.
I would say either make do with your TV sound....or save for something that will add more substantial quality to the sound output.

I have the 20W version and can confirm the sound quality is SIGNIFICANTLY better than that of the TV. HTH.
