Phone call them and they said email sent on 5th April. On telling that one didn't get they take details of device again and said ll send email in 24 or 48 hours. 3 days again no luck.

Ok.. When you are phone page (http://shop.ee.co.uk/mobile-phones/pay-as-you-go/nokia-130-payg/details), just go the bottom of the page and select "OR JUST TOP UP" and "Select top up amount" of £10 and click 'TOP UP'. You should be able to get the phone and topup for £10.

I filled form for unlocking on 30th March. On 4th April received text msg that "my request is approved and an email has been sent with instructions". No email. Again received same msgs for next 2 days but not email yet. Don't have clue what to do? ll I call them or wait for couple of days?

If the numbers in the text & email do not work try 0800 956 6000 (Option 2 then 1), and ask them to put you through to digital sales to get your order finalised. Worked for me just received a text from the courier service to say i'll be receiving my phones tomorrow! :smiley: Thanks OP

I am assuming you can still unlock from EE. Best to call customer service 150 and check.

Yes, you can use £10 to unlock any EE device. However, if it is not bought direct from EE, they may insist on taking the device to EE store.

this deal is currently not being fulfilled. they sent out email to finalise the order by phoning a number. however, when you call them, they are saying that they are busy so basically you won't be able to finalise it

Pack only starts when you start using the SIM.
However, you can send a Text 'STOP PACK' to 150 and follow the instructions. It will Stop the pack and £10 is retained. If you are stuck, you can call customer services at 150 and they will do it for you.
