Free Mighty Marmite eggcup when you buy a promotional 250g jar of Marmite. 2 designs to choose from. Just submit the code found on the label on the lid at http://mighty.marmite.co.uk/. No p&p charges. Bought mine in Tesco but I think it's in all retailers.

Fair enough, only asked as a 24mile round trip to buy a jar of Marmite is a bit excessive as Tesco isnt our usual shop.

I love Marmite but I'm slightly repulsed at the thought of Marmite solders dipped in egg.

I say you either hate it or vigorously hate it!

not sure of the connection between marmite and eggs,
a marmite branded toast rack would have been more suited as a free give away imo

HOT!
Only because most places charge 'retail' for Marmite. This is the av price, Sainsbury's is currently dearer at £2.50.
I like it because it is reasonably good for you. Normally buy the Sainsbury's own brand (NOT the low salt version, f....g awful!) as it was about a quid cheaper. Now they have woken up and keep increasing the price, currently £1.90 so might as well now revert back to Marmie. It has highish salt levels, so what? If your salt intake is not high a bit of this won't hurt.
The love or hate it. As millions are now on ADs in the UK (anti-depressants) - don't get me started on Big Pharma! it can be so depressing and you'll never get me on them!
Perhaps that is why some/so many don't like marmie? The millions on ADs?
Marmite must 'not' be ingested if you take certain antidepressants because yeast extracts interact negatively with these types of medications.
Arrrggggggggggghhh!!!
Have you also noted just how many foods are owned by washing powder companies?
Marmite is ...Unilever, ffs! :stuck_out_tongue:
