The Easter Minifigure is the Chicken Suit Guy minifigure that was released as part of Lego Series 9 minifigures. This minifigure has since been selling for around £30 on eBay so it is great that Lego has brought it back as a promotion. Do bear in mind that if you shop online you will have to pay £3.95 delivery if you don't spend £50, meaning that you effectively pay £3.95 for the figure, but that is still much cheaper than eBay! Also, £15 is pretty low threshold for a free gift with Lego so you don't have to spend a silly amount to qualify.
Other promotions currently running are a free Olaf's Summertime Fun polybag with any Lego Disney Princess purchase, and a free Duplo duck with any Duplo order.

Here's a heads up for you - too small a "deal" to post separately - Tescos are offering free cardboard Lego branded flat packed boxes - perfect for placing your lego purchase in - only wish I had a picture to show it rather than describe it!

I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of my lego collection. This seems to be a common thing now for lego to re release an old set or figure devaluing mine. If they carry on doing this there will be a lot of annoyed collectors!

Worth noting that the "free" chicken Lego are giving away has a very slightly different (non visible when put together) head than the series 9 chicken, purists are already up in arms as to is it, isn't it a series figure!!
