Bad returns policy its £9 to return by post if you use their pre-paid label. Even more expensive if you use your own carrier as the stuff goes to the Netherlands. They dont accept returns by post to the UK address, they want you to returns items in person to a store. Voted cold for this reason.

Does anyone know how long the c&c orders take? My order was place 11 days ago and I vaguely remember seeing 5-7 days on the website.. The customer services are really hopeless at giving an eta and just keep saying you should get an email when its received in store!!

Sent some jeans back for an exchange, did what customer services told me, they refunded instead as it probably saves them a few quid posting. Wont be using them again.

They used to be 100% cotton (as did Abercrombie) but they're all (or mostly) poly-cotton and a lot thinner than they used to be.

Love the fact that the "all weather jacket" appears not to be waterproof nor particularly warm looking.

You can wear it in all weathers but you might be cold and wet :stuck_out_tongue:
