I've been buying these for weeks in my local store at 69p dated May 2017 - will of course check later today to see if any left at 10p !
I find that better quality brands don't always sell so well at my local store - things like Roses jars of marmalade for example. Doesn't say Robertsons on the label and most of the customers don't seem to understand anything else !
Many of them are raving about tins of soup or beans, only a few pence cheaper than supermarkets, whilst excellent coffee (ground not instant), grapefruit marmalade and so on are ignored at giveaway prices - brilliant for me as I get nice stuff and save a fortune.

Are these sold by B&M for 0.69 normally? or is availability a bit hit & miss? it's £1.70 + in Asda, tesco etc.

B&M - one of the worst stores ever!

Usually 10p offers are store specific so a bit pointless not posting which store it was in!
