I ordered this on 17th. Got it on the 21st. I had no tracking details either. Usually takes 7 working days through Groupon. I've ordered from them before with no problems. The hoover is sold out now so it's been popular.... So they're probably try g to keep up with demand!

ive sent it back..it sucks! I have thick carpet in my lounge and it made no impression at all..not impressed :/ moved any bit around and didnt lift the pile at all.
