This is what I used on the multi-tool, in the end I didn't have to remove the grout entirely but gave the lines a skim and it came up like new.

do these have a tool for getting grout out of tile gaps

need something for this without damaging the tiles

I had this for that very purpose to remove stained grout and it took forever and the bits wouldn't last five minutes.
In the end I used a Fein type multi tool with a diamond tipped grout removing attachment and it was a breeze.
Very labourious using one of these for that.
