after 30 days item still not arrived so they offered me HALF of my money back as STORE VOUCHERS?

I would completely avoid Gearbest because I too ordered 2 phones and 2 phone covers from them exactly 2 months ago and they still haven't arrived. I keep getting excuse after excuse from them about why they are delayed.
AVOID GEARBEST AND SAVE YOURSELVES ALOT OF HASSLE!!!!!!

Keep well clear of this company. Shoddy goods no customer service. Unable to contact if something is wrong and then need to send back to China at own cost if you are lucky enough to manage to get in touch with them. Keep your money or buy from British retailers
