One hundred films priced at just £2.99 each for HD download on iTunes, all released by Curzon/Artificial Eye.
There's a fantastic mix of classic (including many Charlie Chaplin films, the 400 Blows), foreign language films (including The Three Colours Trilogy, Force Majeure, A Separation and The Great Beauty), modern independent releases (Winter's Bone, Berberian Sound Studio, Still Alice and What Maisie Knew), documentaries and more... Also lots of films by Lars von Trier, Andrea Arnold, Peter Strickland - some great filmmakers in there.
Just a really good mix, I think! Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for the effort in listing these. Not for me though as I'm a dinosaur and still prefer physical media!

The Maid is a fantastic film. One of my all time favourites

I really enjoyed Holy Motors - it stayed with me for months. Winter's Bone and Berberian Sound Studio are also great, and A Separation is really very affecting indeed. This time around, I bought five Charlie Chaplins and The Consequences of Love (which I saw years ago and really, really loved).
To my shame, I've never seen any of the Three Colours films...!

Loads of great ones listed. Three Colours trilogy is a must as are the Chaplin films.
McCullin is a great but brutal documentary about the war photographer, some graphic images in it but he's a fantastic, engaging subject.
Also graphic but not for the same reason is Nymphomaniac 1&2, I found them both very entertaining but they're extremely divisive and not for the easily offended.
Wild Tales won the BAFTA and is very blackly comedic as is Force Majeure.
Holy Motors is something quite extraordinary, a genre of its own. There's a few images in it which are difficult to shift, whther or not that's a good thing I'll let you decide ;-)

Great price for many of those films, highly recommend Wild Tales, Force Majeure, Duke of Burgundy, A Pigeon Sat In A Branch and Two Days One Night out of the newer ones.

...if some kind mod could edit these posts so that the line breaks show up in the app as well as the website, that would be kind. I did try - but couldn't seem to make it happen.
