It is very poor quality. I know because when the homebase near my house closed down and no one wanted to buy it, even for even one pound. How they manage to sell this rubbish in UK, I don't know.

Good price but I'm wary of crown paint. We used it in our hallway and it stank of ammonia, we actually thought it was our cat until we worked out it was the paint. It did fade but took quite a while.

Yes, they have taken it out to increase other paint ranges.
