This is on the latest offer sheet 14/3 - 03/04 and has £10 off. I can't find this cheaper anywhere, in fact most places seem to be massively more expensive - anything up to 3 times as much !
No doubt there will be the usual debate between these and washing lines, but if you prefer rotary ones, and need a new one for the Spring, this is a great time to buy one !

It says on the offer sheet that it comes with cover & ground spike.
Brabantia appear to sell two versions, one with nothing and one with all the accessories, so unless Costco have a special pack then I think it probably does come with them.
