But that cable has technology totally worth the £69.99.
I am sure I would be far happier having LED lights telling me when I pop a Blu Ray disc in the player that I am getting a 1080p signal because the lighting tells me so.

Reminds me of my days of subscribing to What Hifi. Speaker cables at £2000 per metre, and people would buy them.

Ah yes, the magazine that would insist, with a straight face, that a particular brand of HDMI cable could make your whites whiter, your blacks blacker and your colours more colourful.

Would be interested in knowing the spec on this cable.

Big difference between analogue and digital. Cheapo cables will for the latter of course carry the signal just as well but construction quality can suffer. Broken wires, broken connectors, bad soldering, bad contact, etc. So not like there is no difference in grade - not necessarily reflected in the price though! There's good stuff around for little money and bad stuff for crazy money!

I meant cheapo manufacture not the price charged else contradicting myself!

Load of **** you try and buy one for 10p and the only one on B&M website is £15, sites like this should be shut down, wasting peoples time !!!

Sounds like you have an inability to read both the thread to understand that it is an instore deal and for that matter the terms and conditions of this site regarding profanities....classic first post from you.
Not only that, you are factually incorrect, even on B&Ms website there is no such thing as a [HDMI] cable for £15.
Welcome to HUKD, look forward to your own deal contributions, or not :smirk:

Regardless of spelling isn't the main reason we are here is to help each other.
My own spelling is rubbish but at the end of the day did the person reading the original comment actual know what was intended to be written.
Should a person be shamed because they may have made the odd mistake or they maybe dyslexic ?
Think of shortcomings you may have yourself before attacking others as for all I know you may have an ugly face

Pointing out a spelling mistake is not attacking. Strange how some people view it that way.

Can be classed as educational, lucky me has Google correction but still the odd word creeps through because of not being careful enough, and if corrected I don't take offence.
