EVERY effing time I try and order from this bloody store I get past the secure payment screen and it tells me an error has occurred during payment. Bank tell me it's not them, Rakuten tell me it's not them. Tried different browsers, email addresses, payment cards. Three different deals I have missed out on over the past few months.
Any advice?

Mine arrived yesterday, it's a Malaysian model which means it has a UK plug. Very happy, just took a while to get to me.

I ordered 31/3, money taken, no dispatch information, no reply, no nothing. Rakuten said to wait a few days though they have raised an incident and informed me this is one of many concerns customers have with PixelElectronic.

I ordered the iPad Pro 128 on the 30th and it has also gone from Awaiting shipment to DELAYED. I also emailed them to change the address from home to work. They updated it but left the postcode as home address. emailed them back yesterday for them to update it.....nothing

Purchased a 32GB version from this company, using the discount, only to receive a 16GB version 24hrs after ordering, I e-mailed them only for them to respond by saying they are aware of the mistake and would send the 32GB ASAP and collect the 16GB, almost 5 days after that e-mail no replacement, no e-mail reply to my e-mail since. Rakuten said I have to wait 3 more working days before they can step in. Don't waste your money and time!

Tbh either get the first gen of gumtree or if you want pay £150 for a tablet get the XiaoMi Mi Pad 2. It on par/faster than the iPad mini 4 and runs win10/android 5.1

The don't run IOS though. I'm no apple fan, I've had several android phones/tablets, a blackberry playbook, a windows 10 tablet, even a HP touchpad. Personally I think the playbook had the best OS but you can discount that and Windows tablets because they lack important apps. Android is a bit amateurish but I could put up for it if it were not for the fact that every time I wanted a recent app I would have the wrong version of android. So I've succumbed and went down the ipad route not because I wanted to but because it works.

Previously voted hot on this and tried to order. However, I failed to consider how **** Rakuten's website is, the order kept failing with their irritating "sorry, there seems to be a problem" message. So they can stick their iPad, I bought it on eBay yesterday with the 20% off instead. Doesn't help anyone now I know but do be aware of how **** awful their site is.

I have had an iPad Pro from these, came within 48 hours from FedEx.
It did have a UK plug in the box, and was a sealed package, they didn't add it in themselves. I think its the luck of the draw.
However if for some reason you do have an issue, it is difficult to get hold of them. There is only an email address no phone number. And you are not provided any tracking details when it has been dispatched.

My air came last year with a three pin plug, I think we found out it was from Hong Kong. In January my brother ordered one from them and it was from Austria so came with a two pin and an adaptor. So it just seems to be a lottery about where they (can manage to) get them from.

They are imports so do not come with a UK plug but You are covered by a 1 Year Apple warranty when you register it (bought an Air 2 from them a couple of months ago)
