Rubbish company who sell Rubbish products,then with the best will in the world you cannot get in touch with them without password which you never set up in first place!!! Do not use this company you will be out of pocket stick with ordering in uk in mho

Rather use an alarm app on my phone or tablet then have a separate device that does one thing. Same goes for radio now too

Hello Alice, how can I get in touch with you,have tried since before xmas2015 to get in touch without success purchased item for Christmas gift item was mismatched worked once on/off switch fell off charger unit began to burn when trying to charge up luckily we were in room at time otherwise don't know what would have happened! Item was thrown away after repeatly trying to get in touch with GearBest which was unsuccessful

Hi Alice,item was delivered without any order details in package or on outside of package so I am unable to give an order number. The item was a minion despicable me2 flying helicopter the item was yellow & blue in colour but the charging lead was pink!! and as previously stated when charging lead was connected the unit started to burn the item was ordered I believe around Nov/Dec2015.cannot be more specific as all details are no longer available as after weeks of trying without success to get in touch with yourselves I gave up

i recently posted this item on gearbest I have tried to get a refund for an item I purchased which was utter rubbish I think there are some great items on gearbest but if you have problems you just can't contact anyone I have now sent 12 emails no reply and tried contacting on live chat if anyone from gearbest can contact me please try or I give up buying
