Any idea of an expiry/use by date? I am around 40 and was thinking of getting these to print my Wake invitations. That's a lot of ink.

I just checked and apparently it's not medieval times, so I reckon you're good for 70 or so unless you deliberately do yourself in.

I get these from this seller all the time, highly recommend and they dispatch stuff asap! Great price! They last a long time, I mean I don't print much but I bought off them in November and still on my first set and the rest are in the drawer, printed something out last night and still fine. Heat

I've always found that either my printer packs up before I have a chance to use all the bulk inks. Or that the are poor quality the more you use. and it's too late for PayPal disputes.

That happens to me. Buying too early or too many at a time meant that my last carts for my Canon MG 6250 will have to be thrown as they are detected as non genuine and will not work, bought last year from ebay.

What's this concept of INK you talk of? Since I got my cheap colour laser I can't remember what this is?

... Ink is what you will be buying again when you see the price of toner :-)

Thanks. I was starting to get low on ink and this seems a great deal. Heat added

Amazing price but I'm sure these only have a shelf life of around 2 years? You'd have to do A LOT of printing to go through 55 cartridges!
I buy the 5 XL cartridges for £4.99 and they last me months!

Thanks OP have book marked for later. I still have three sets left atm, but sure this is a better price than I paid

How long are 55 cartriges likely to last?

Until they run out of ink, how long is my piece of string?

The listing shows a MG7550 as conpatuble but 11 sets for this model would me 66 cartridges (the 7550 has a photo black and grey).
To answer "who prints this much crap". My 7550 is exclusively printing photos which use a lot of ink. I use tee XL compatibles and pay about £20 for 4 sets of 6 XL. The quality of prints is as good as Canon OEM but whether they look the same in 10 years time - who knows? Family/friends are happy enough.
This offer is worth a punt at 33p a 'chipped' cartridge for general work. I will stick with my usual supply as not had a single problem.

I can refill my cartridges with ink refills. I'm wondering if this is better than spending £5 on 400ml of ink in bottles. Porbably not...?
