Maybe people in the situation described should add some chocolates too for going beyond midnight ... and possibly a nice perfume, bag, shoes ... that might get them out of the dog house for an hour at least!!!

I wouldn't say the reviews are any better or worst than any other florist delivery service TBH
I've ordered from iFlorist before with no issues but other people have said really bad things about them?

My mum received hers yesterday and they were well past their best. Just waiting to get a photo of them from her so I can complain to the company. Unless I receive good customer service and an apology/compensation, I won't be using this company again.

Probably explains some of the bad reviews mentioned. How does a company expect to survive by ignoring its customers?

Mum's arrived on time and although not the flowers I had picked they were pink fresh and very lovely
