Have bought several tubs of these and the birds love them, only 8p each. Far cheaper than the garden centres who often want £12.50 for 50 (25p each) but the best bit is that the containers are rectangular with rounded corners and are so useful for storing items in the garage.

Why is it you can hang these in a tree and there's no problem, but as soon as I dangle mine from the next door neighbour's tree while her husband's at work all hell breaks loose?

I have good recipe and make my own. All the birds love my fat balls. Looking out my window now I can see blackbirds and Great Tits, I even had a Swallow once. I've never had a ****, but one day I hope to. Wait...I have to go...I think the Thrush has come back!
